| Specializes in firearm engineering and design. Caliper was raised in a surprisingly wealthy area near the Void City, sheltered from war and disaster. Despite this, Caliper actively sought to unveil the truth of the world his family hid from him. Even though he was never the direct target, he understood the suffering placed on his friends. He joined Dolphe News in 100 IC personally to spite the Xender system. While raised in a more “proper” household, Caliper actively rebelled against his family. He preferred a more realistic and down-to-earth experience with his friends from neighboring districts. Caliper similarly displays this in his ability to fight and lead missions. His missions have been regarded as wild, insane, and unexpected by other Cascade members. However, his strategy has never failed him, and he has one of the highest success rates.
