| Frostblock is a Tier 3 H-Army soldier, although his true Tier is unknown due to how much he shifts around the ranks and roles within the H-Army. He is defined by his signature “Janitor Punch,” which is a devastating move that Frostblock has been training since he was little. Frostblock grew up on the poor outskirts of North H-city before working a dead-end job as a janitor for a fish processing plant. Frostblock dreamed of a life bigger than that, but he didn’t want to commit to any sort of plan. In the background, he started subconsciously punching everything. Slowly but surely, he noticed his exceptional power in punching. Punching in public, however, led to some attention towards his antics. This was beneficial, as it landed him a job in the H-Army.
