| The Highlands is a yellowish, rocky mesa biome with high mountains. It has temperate weather with little variation, apart from storms near the shores. The flora consists of savanna trees, shrubs, dry grass, and many small weeds. The Highlands have fewer regulations than H-city and facilitate a more diverse culture. Street food, random games, entertainment, and more are common in the Highlands. The infrastructure is decentralized, with many people operating in a large array of small cities, interconnected by a public airship program. Research bases are found here, but they have strict entry access. No reports on the Highlands research bases exist to the public. |  |
