The Leader of H-Nation. Oversees the operations of the nation, including the economy, research, and defense. Leads a group of 6 elite operatives known as Eidolons who excel at combat, engineering, and mech piloting. His current motives are overtaking Ocellios Lab research, gaining access to void ore mining, researching Eris, and taking personal vengeance on Xender. Blames Team Cascade for the infiltration and destruction of H-cities’ tech vault. Desires power, destruction, chaos, and also having fun. Will often act first and think later, which makes him extremely destructive but also less strategic compared to Xender. He is skilled at public speaking and can convince the masses to fight for a cause, even if it is detrimental to themselves. HHyper cultivated this mindset in H-Nation. Currently at War with Xender and sending forces to invade, killing any Acatrya citizen on sight.

HHyper operates under loose rules, often letting his Eidolons run wild to further his cause. Interestingly, he seemed to act on emotion most of the time unless an Eidolon stops him. His reactions show that he prefers a disproportionate response to minor issues or situations that should not concern him. HHyper does not rule like a typical ruler. Instead, he does whatever he wants to in his day-to-day life, only sometimes addressing pressing issues when he feels it concerns him. The Eidolons are responsible for enforcing rules on society and increasing the standard of living for people. HHyper is not entirely carefree nor entirely responsible. He sometimes goes on “side quests” such as attempting to buy everything in a store at once, or trying to eat as many rotisserie chickens as possible in one sitting.
