| Eidolon Assassin, who worked for HHyper until 109 IC. Traces show that the ice on Bli’s body was linked to samples from Glacier 15’s ice. Ocellios Lab reports showed that Bli has extremely deadly ice powers. However, these reports have been outdated since the Project Novaform incident. Bli has been notably modified since previous reports, now with experimental gear that makes him extremely unstable. Additional energy units, wires, and quantum processors have been haphazardly glued onto his body. Additionally, Broskm experimented with “Void Links” on Bli. These artifacts would attempt to infuse Bli’s ice attacks with void-powered lasers and orbs. This would work only part of the time. Bli cannot communicate and seemingly only follows pre-programmed commands. This is why he is nicknamed “Corrupted Bli,” as he exists as a shell built for destruction. Interestingly, Bli has marks of Stubby tech, although it is not certain if Stubby or Xender was the original manufacturer. |    |

| Internal reports show that HHyper specifically gave the Project Novaform mission to Bli to find a way to “dispose” of him. Bli was promised additional Eidolon support to secure the destruction of Cascade’s outpost. However, the support was less than promised, including an unprepared Ignatius support ship. Bli’s unstable nature was deemed a threat to HHyper’s plan, as he feared that his corrupted program state could snap at any moment. With the given information, it is speculated that Bli was a product of Stubby’s experimentation. His true purpose is unknown and could be for any number of experimental theories. It is also theorized that Stubby intentionally released Bli onto the city of Glacier 15, though evidence supports this is extremely limited. It is also not confirmed that Bli caused any destruction on Glacier 15, which could be entirely due to mechs like the Void Hydra.
