| SW-Manta is an energy sword that utilizes energy cores with traces of void matter in a tube running along the blade. This allows the blade to be “anti-void.” This mechanism works because if outside void force comes into contact with the blade, the void within the blade will react, creating an opposite force on the outside void matter. Note that the sword must have velocity for it to work. A sitting sword will not be anti-void, as the void will remain inert. SW-Manta is exclusively built by Team Cascade and is fairly rare. There are only 4 swords in the facility, one being wielded by Dolphe, and one by The PLAYER. Manufacturing the SW-Manta is a difficult process, primarily getting trace amounts of void into containers. When dealing with void matter at a microscopic level, conventional methods of manipulating microscopic matter break down when applied to void matter. Primitive methods sought to completely avoid this problem by combining void matter into alloys used for swords. |  |
